Take a sheet of paper, draw four squares. Square one list your most bothersome feelings. Square two list what experiences manifest your most bothersome feelings. Square three write twice as many healthy things you will do to cope with those feelings as well as things you can do to prevent those experiences from happening. Remember some experiences are within our control, some are not. Prevent the negative experiences that are in your control and learn to cope with the ones that are not. Square four write "I will and I can get through this".
