Telehealth has been a life saver for those unable to make it to an office for counseling. Life can be consumed with so many things to do in the day or week. You owe it to yourself to protect the very mind that you use to get through life with. Attending to your mental health is no different than taking care of your body/physical health, hair, lawn, home, bills, credit score, children, work, etc. The benefit in strengthening and maintaining your mental health is that the quality of all the roles you have and tasks you do daily will be better. The ability to manage and cope effectively with the challenges of life depends on the shape your mental health is in. What shape is your mental health in? So, get in your mental health zone and tone up with a "Self Care" telehealth session. This Self Care session will help you examine and assess different domains of your life and put in place healthy options to help keep those areas of your life thriving. Telehealth is also available for issues that can be addressed through Counseling and Psychotherapy. Rest assured a time that works for you will be established.
